An expanding Saskatchewan based company is seeking a full-time Reception-Administration Clerk to join our team in Regina, SK.


The Reception-Administration Clerk will be part of a team responsible for providing a variety of reception and administration functions in an office environment.


Duties and Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Reception duties at the Head office in Regina
  • Office administration duties
  • Bookkeeping duties
  • Clerical functions
  • Bank reconciliations deposits receipting
  • Billing payroll assistance
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Preferred Education & Qualifications:


  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs are assets.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise tact and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Positive personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Exemplifies a serviceoriented mindset and responsiveness to payroll inquiries

Salary:
From $35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Regina, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
