Description
An expanding Saskatchewan based company is seeking a full-time Reception-Administration Clerk to join our team in Regina, SK.
The Reception-Administration Clerk will be part of a team responsible for providing a variety of reception and administration functions in an office environment.
Duties and Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Reception duties at the Head office in Regina
- Office administration duties
- Bookkeeping duties
- Clerical functions
- Bank reconciliations deposits receipting
- Billing payroll assistance
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Preferred Education & Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs are assets.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Demonstrated ability to exercise tact and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Positive personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Exemplifies a serviceoriented mindset and responsiveness to payroll inquiries
Salary:
From $35,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Regina, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
