Role Overview:


Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Diagnose and resolve product-related problems, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless operation.
• Customize product functionality to better achieve customer goals through basic embedded systems programming.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues beyond the scope of standard support procedures.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge base articles to assist customers in selfhelp troubleshooting.
• Identify recurring technical issues and provide feedback to the product development team to improve the reliability and usability of our electronic devices.
• Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal teams to enhance their understanding of our products' features and functionalities.

Requirements:

• Solid technical knowledge and experience working with heavy diesel engines and embedded systems.
• Proficiency in understanding and interpreting communication protocols used in heavy diesel engines and related electronic devices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Customeroriented mindset, with a passion for providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
• Prior experience in technical support or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
