About Us:
Job Opportunity - Personal Assistant to Executives at CA Instruments:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and care for the executives' dogs, including tasks related to feeding, walking, and overall wellbeing, emphasizing comfort with larger dog breeds.
- Handle both inhome and officebased tasks, ensuring a seamless transition between environments.
- Unpack from travel and assist with home moves as needed.
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Run various errands, including grocery shopping, post office visits, and other personal shopping needs.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for efficient organization.
- File and organize documents both physically and electronically.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and meetings.
- Exercise discretion in handling confidential information.
- Complete household errands, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and manage utility services.
- Organize personal events such as birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions.
- Assist with meal planning, diet tracking, and meal preparation if capable.
- Schedule and manage appointments, including doctor visits, salon appointments, or fitness sessions.
- Conduct research on various topics as needed, such as finding services, comparing products, or gathering information for projects.
- Arrange transportation, manage car maintenance, and handle logistics.
- Book tickets for shows, events, or arrange leisure activities.
- Manage social media profiles and handle public relations.
- Assist with clothing and accessory shopping, and wardrobe management.
- Purchase and wrap gifts for special occasions and holidays.
- Support in managing aspects of customer onboarding, services, and success to align with CA Instruments' objectives.
- Assist in scheduling and keeping one of the executives on task, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met effectively.
- Ability to speak sign language is a plus.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role preferred.
- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines.
- Knowledge of DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms.
- Familiarity with Linux is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
