RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately enters customer information in internal and external databases
Attains Key Performance Indicators and turnaround times outlined by the department
Communicates customer expectations to appropriate parties
Keeps knowledge current on scheme requirements and customer expectations
Performs other duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

4 year degree or relevant work experience
15 years of experience
Decision Making (includes Problem Solving)
Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.

Generating innovative solutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.

Setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; selfimposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a customerfacing role
Prior experience managing customer accounts
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively deal with multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent multitasking skills and highly organized with the ability set priorities to meet customer expectations
Ability to work independently, follow through on all assignments and meet deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
