RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately enters customer information in internal and external databases
  • Attains Key Performance Indicators and turnaround times outlined by the department
  • Communicates customer expectations to appropriate parties
  • Keeps knowledge current on scheme requirements and customer expectations
  • Performs other duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 year degree or relevant work experience
  • 15 years of experience
  • Decision Making (includes Problem Solving)
  • Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.

  • Generating innovative solutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.


  • Work Standards

  • Setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; selfimposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a customerfacing role
  • Prior experience managing customer accounts
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively deal with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent multitasking skills and highly organized with the ability set priorities to meet customer expectations
  • Ability to work independently, follow through on all assignments and meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
