Our fast-paced and motivated team is currently recruiting a Project Coordinator who will play a key role within Nomodic's operations team.

**THE JOB
The Project Coordinator will perform all or some of the following duties:


  • Safety
  • Maintain and promote the corporate Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Participate in risk and incident reviews as applicable

Operations

  • Procore Administration:
  • Administer permissions, build standard project templates, create projects, prepare custom form requests, upload drawings and specifications
  • Project communications:
  • Maintain open communication with their Supervisors and Subcontractors
  • Review deliverables on a weekly basis with daily updates expected as a minimum standard
  • Forecasting:
  • Review, forecast and update both costing and scheduling on a weekly basis while maintaining an understanding of the work and activities each day
  • Quality Management:
  • Assist with ensuring standards are met and documented according to project specifications, the Nomodic Quality Management System and client needs
  • Purchasing Administration:
  • Provide general purchasing and logĂ­stical support for the projects team
  • Change Management:
  • Provide general contract administration
  • Support change management
  • Complete change order administration and tracking
  • Document Control:
  • Project document control, RFI management, shop drawings management, filing documents on server and in Procore
  • Project Finances:
  • Assist with project forecasting, tracking, progress reporting, vendor management, AP, and reconciliations
  • Reporting:
  • Ensure that construction activities, reporting and scheduling requirements assigned by the Project Manager for their area are implemented and executed in such a manner that both Nomodic and client expectations are met
  • Responsible for pre, progress, and post budget reporting. Manage reporting to client (i.e., safety, daily and weekly progress reports, turnover documentation)
  • Project and special initiative support:
  • May include presentations, bid proposals, supply chain activities, (RFQ & change orders), research and data collection, etc.
  • Safety

**QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Completion of related postsecondary education is required; Equivalent work experience may be considered
  • Must be fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have minimum valid class 5 driver's license

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years proven work experience as a Project Coordinator, or similar
  • BC Housing or Social Housing experience is an asset
  • Experience in both industrial and commercial volumetric modular construction advantageous
  • Experience with Agile, Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Enterprise Resource Programs (ERP) preferred
  • Advancedlevel proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Ability to promote and exemplify Nomodic's core values
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and logistics skills with a propensity for multitasking
  • Adaptability and the ability to react quickly in a fastpaced environment and work under pressure while meeting deadlines
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills
  • High standards of integrity and ethical conduct; ensuring the preservation of confidential and/or sensitive information
**WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Work weeks are 5 days, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, with variable times due to travel necessities and restrictions
  • Hybrid/remote work arrangements
  • Occasional site visits may be required
  • Site visits to remote camps can include extreme heat, or cold changes as well as all outdoor conditions
  • Frequently assigned changing priorities
