Spark connects researchers to the people, skills and tools needed to stand at the forefront of social research innovation. Social research methods are expanding rapidly and the potential for creative, impactful research is vast.

Accountabilities:
- Develop, implement and fulfill traditional and digital marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing material deployments with vendors.
- Implement all social media initiatives for the department.
- Manage department's CRM, ensuring content is accurate and up-to-date.
- Identify new business opportunities and support efforts to secure new clients/business.
- Maintain participant satisfaction database and draw insights from data to make recommendations on future programming.
- Provide departmental support in preparation for programming days.
Assets:
Previous experience using macvideo programming is an asset though not required.
Additional Information:
Spark is an interdisciplinary team of students/staff/researchers/faculty working collaboratively, creating an environment that gives everyone the space to openly communicate and form meaningful bonds.
The position is for the Fall 2023 term, 10 hours a week. All employees are expected to spend at least 6 hours in shifts covering Spark's CoLab during the school year.
