    Description
    Must be available to start at 5am and be willing to occasionally do deliveries. Must be comfortable working in cooler and freezer environment and have a valid class 5 drivers license*

    Legends Haul is a food manufacturer and distributor of consciously sourced or created products to BCs best restaurants and retailers.

    A Warehouse Associate at Legends Haul plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to picking, storing, and delivering products in a safe and efficient manner.

    Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

    This role may also deliver products to customers using company owned vans, so a driver license with clean abstract is required.

    Order Picking:
    Efficiently pick orders according to customer requirements using hand-held scanners where possible


    Product Delivery:
    Operate company owned truck or vans to deliver products to customers

    Inventory Management:
    Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies. Assist in conducting regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy

    Product Handling:
    Handle meat products with care, adhering to food safety regulations and company guidelines. Follow proper storage and rotation procedures to maintain product freshness

    Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and strappers to safely move, transport and pack goods within the warehouse.

    Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, such as receiving forms, pick lists, and shipping labels. Maintain organized records of all warehouse activities
    Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred but not required.
    Experience in the food industry or a similar environment is a plus.

    Attention to Detail:
    Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking, inventory management, and recordkeeping

    Adaptability:
    Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including the ability to work weekends or extended hours when required
    Must hold a class 5 driver license with clean driving abstract
    Must be available to start at 5am and have a valid class 5 Driver's License.
