Essential Job Functions
- Travel required local and overnight to visit their customers network on regular call cycle.
- Maintain and grow the support of the current customer base for the Commercial/Industrial divisions.
- Prospect new customers and business through a consistent cold calling plan.
- Followup all sales leads given by the RSM and/or company.
- Review prints and/or samples work with our internal Team to supply a quote and the parts.
- Followup all quotations with the customer and negotiate pricing if needed.
- Resolve customer complaints i.e. invoicing, late delivery, quotations.
- Comply with Company policies and procedures.
- Develop and demonstrate a positive "accident prevention" attitude and working climate.
- Work cross functionally with internal Teams to provide market intel, planning forecasts and executing sales initiatives
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

- Minimum 5 years in an automotive aftermarket, industrial and OEM sales environment is mandatory.
- Secondary school diploma or higher.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office) specifically MS Excel and Outlook.
- Previous experience with CRM an asset.
- Must be able to travel 50% within territory.
- Must have driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strategic thinker, good communicator, and exceptional problem solver.
- Performs function with a sense of purpose and a degree of urgency.
- Creates a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional/technical knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills (oral & written).

Work Environment
Sales:
Environment varies due to location and situational requirements. May be exposed to cramped quarters, dust, fumes, or odors. Travel required daily. Overnight travel as required. May have to drive 200+ Km's daily. Hand/eye coordination required. Function vision and hearing required.
Physical Demands
Sales:
Medium, lifting up to 30 lbs., occasionally pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs.
