currently seeking an associate for its Commercial Real Estate Group
in its Toronto office.

Our commercial real estate group serves a prestigious client base
of developers, financial institutions, investors and retailers and is
regularly involved in complex real estate transactions, providing
innovative and practical advice on a broad spectrum of matters.

You will work in a team environment, supporting existing real estate
clients on a wide variety of transactions, including: acquisitions,
dispositions, lending, (both borrower and lender side), and joint
venture and co-ownership structuring.

Applicants must have three to six years of commercial real estate
experience and strong professional and academic credentials.
