Description
We are looking for a Hotel Maintenance person to take care of our hotel's infrastructure. In this role, you should be organized and proactive. Familiarity with electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems is essential. Your goal will be to ensure the hotel premises are safe and functional for guests and employees alike.


Your responsibilities will be:
To ensure functionality and safety in all areas of the hotel

Organizing repair, installation and renovation projects

Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities

Act fast to resolve emergency issues

Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests

Manage relationships with contractors and service providers


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$25.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Holidays
  • Weekend availability

Experience:


  • Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
