The Distribution Associate is responsible to provide support the facility by ensuring parts and inventory is accurate and received in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Accurately account for all items delivered throughout the course of the day
Ship out material and products to London/McNeilus branches or customers via trucks and package delivery companies
Cycle count inventory as requested by supervisor
Sort items according to destination and verify all items match with the purchase order
Develop bills of lading and delivery forms
Verify items and quantities on packing slips and receive or ship as necessary
All other duties and responsibilities reasonably assigned by the employer or its designee

Minimum Qualification:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
6 months of manufacturing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Able to lift 50+ pounds
Previous inventory experience
Previous shipping and receiving experience
Able to operate of a forklift
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Involvement in Sarbanes-Oxley internal documentation, testing, and process change management involving operations
Supervision of others based on area of assignment
Report and communicate with several levels of management
Prepare monthly operational financial information and other management analysis
Protect organization's value by maintaining confidentiality of information
