Position Description
TTI Canada is looking for an energetic Training Coordinator to join our training team The Training Coordinator is accountable for all training program scheduling and tracking.
The focus will be on supporting the administrative aspects of the training team, including enrollment of users, assignment of learning plans, management of data, creation and distribution of reports and tracking all training activities.
You will serve as the administrator of our Learning Management System, LearnTTI. Additionally, you will act as the liaison with third-party vendors assigned to conduct external training programs. You will be dedicated to achieving organizational goals by recommending improvements to enhance the learning experience. Reporting to the Director, of Training you will be a key member of the Training and HR team.
While TTI Canada believes in and offers flexibility, this role is an in-office position based out of our Toronto Head Office, which is the center of TTI's culture.
What You Will Do
- Schedule and coordinate all internal training sessions including the Leadership Development Programs in Canada and the U.S.
- Schedule and manage thirdparty vendor training programs, including setting up the courses on LearnTTI, issuing invitations to attendees, enrolling attendees on LearnTTI and continually monitoring enrollment
- Create, distribute, and compile results of surveys to evaluate learning program effectiveness
- Assign and monitor eLearning curriculums for the various business units and provide compliance reporting on curriculum completion
- Prepare onboarding guides, participant workbooks and job aids
- Contribute to the development of the training catalogue and take responsibility for any necessary updates
- Assist with the review of training programs and knowledgebased resources for inperson and virtual instructorled trainings
- Work with business leaders to effectively schedule training for their teams to match the needs of the business
- Own the training Microsoft Teams channel and Learning Management System
- Continuously review to identify areas for improvement and/or enhanced efficiencies in delivering the training experience
- Postsecondary Degree or Diploma with Adult Education, Adult Learning or Human Resources
- 2+ years of experience coordinating training programs
- Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) is an asset
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and SharePoint

- Comfortable with an everchanging work environment, with the ability to pivot as required
