Overview of Position


Reporting to the Director of Acquisitions, the Acquisitions Analyst will work closely with the Acquisitions Associate to identify, evaluate, and execute on the acquisition, financing and disposition of multifamily investments.

The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the financial analysis of potential acquisitions and dispositions by conducting market research, reviewing and summarizing dataroom materials, and assisting in the preparation of financial models and investment proposals.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Assist in the financial analysis and modelling to evaluate potential acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial packages for consultants and lenders on acquisition, disposition and potential financings.
  • Support the due diligence on acquisition, financing and disposition processes by preparing, reviewing, and summarizing due diligence materials, and coordinating with other departments and external partners.
  • Help prepare investment proposals and presentations for review by the Director of Acquisitions.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelors degree in finance, real estate, or a related field.
  • 12 years of real estate investment experience.
  • Market research and financial modelling skills.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, thoroughness, and organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and a selfstarter working in a fastpaced environment.
