What You'll Be Working On:
Operations (20%)
- Perform supervisory duties including closing, opening and standing in for Market Manager and Leads when needed
- Support in overall store maintenance from performing cleaning, executing weekly tasks, and maintaining the floor daytoday
- Communicate successes and opportunities to management about instore processes in order to heighten store performance
- Support maintenance in daily operations tasks by upholding merchandising section standards
- Maintain physical store cleanliness and organization to provide a safe and comfortable shopping environment
- Ensure optimum product level volume is being upheld on the floor by restocking and communicating with Market Manager when product levels are low
- Customerfacing everyday, provide bestinclass customer service experience to our customers, fielding questions and providing upbeat, customized experience
- Promote omniservices provided by Kotn and redirect wholesale opportunities to leadership
- Process cash operations with efficiency and accuracy by capturing customer optin to leverage for future marketing opportunities and to finalize the instore experience loop
- Redirect CEOs to leadership in order to support with Kotn customer experience guidelines and resolve CEOs when standing in for management

Additional Requirements:
- 12 years experience in a midvolume, customerdriven retail environment
- A diverse set of interests and skills
- Exceptional communicator, both verbally and written
- Easily adaptable to an ever changing work environment
- Ability to work weekends
