Responsibilities:

  • Supervise office staff and contracted personnel.
  • Assist the president in hiring staff.
  • Estimate work as per client requirements.
  • Assist with preproject drawings.
  • Oversee onsite work progress.
  • Assist with onsite work and Service calls as required.
  • Provide customer support where needed.
  • Followup with customers to evaluate performance.
  • Report all activities to the President.
  • Manages a team of electricians and has advanced leadership skills.
  • Demonstrates project management and problemsolving skills.
  • Collaborates with colleagues and has strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Wired and wireless Network design and troubleshooting experience.
  • Installation and troubleshooting of Fiber Optic Networks
  • The office duties will include the introduction and training of drawing programs to the office administrative assistant and providing an outline for future required drawings.
  • The onsite responsibilities of the Project Manager is to supervise the other RH electricians, keep track of inventory used and liaison with the project manager and/or builder. There is also an expectation for this person to assist in the installation and completion of projects
  • The office manager reports directly to the company President on all matters relating to the business. This person also is the company representative, in Vernon, when introducing potential clients to the services RobotHouse Automation has to offer.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$30.00-$40.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Experience:


  • Construction biding: 1 year (required)
  • Project leading: 1 year (required)
