The Opportunity:
The Environmental Services Assistant executes routine repairs and carries out minor maintenance operations.

What Is In It For You:

Completing minor repair work, which includes repairing doors, locks, window screens and blinds, as well as replacing light bulbs, sockets, and switches.- Performing basic plumbing tasks, which includes unclogging drains as well as fixing leaking faucets and toilets.- Patching, painting, and caulking.- Performing regular cleaning duties, which includes sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.- Maintaining all outdoor areas as well as shoveling snow and ice as required.

What You Will Need- High School Diploma or equivalent.- Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions in English.- Knowledge in Joint Occupational Health and Safety regulations aligned with WCB and CCAL Act.- Vulnerable Sector Check (including a Criminal Background Check) or willing to obtain one.
