At Erin Park, our Sales Managers are responsible for building, supporting and mentoring a team of sales consultants that can achieve sales and revenue growth expectations along with providing a high standard of customer service.

As
Sales Manager you responsibilities will include:


  • Motivating, inspiring and leading the sales department
  • Recruiting, overseeing and training sales consultants through the sales process
  • Coaching sales team on best practices and providing advice and guidance to improve sales performance
  • Completing team member performance reviews
  • Oversee all activities occurring in showroom
  • Manage & monitor daily traffic reporting
  • Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with sales staff
  • Develop and manage a CRM platform for guest retention and seek out new prospective sales
  • Proactively planning and organizing daily departmental targets to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Taking ownership of guest experience
  • Being a role model of the Erin Park company culture

Qualifications:

years experience in a similar role

  • College diploma or University degree (an asset)
  • Experience with CRM tool
  • Proven ability to take on challenges with a positive mindset
  • Superior communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills & attention to detail
