Summary:


The Order Fulfillment Associate role is responsible for the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders through various internal/vendor systems and provisioning processes.

The role interacts with the Customer Service team daily through internal chat and tickets to ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled to the highest standards.

Other functions include shipping and receiving of product, completing customer orders, processing returns, inventory management, interacting with 3rd party fulfillment centers, 3rd party shipping providers and resolving issues in a timely basis in a daily order
- time cut off environment. The role operates in an office environment and reports to the Manager, Production & Logistics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate fulfillment of customer orders placed through various channels, including 3rd party platforms like Amazon, SPS Commerce, etc.
  • Complete order shipping utilizing 3rdparty shipping systems, research and resolve related order errors.
  • Voice, data, and messaging service provisioning utilizing various network and partner platforms.
  • Ensuring products and services pass through documented quality control processes.
  • Prepare packing lists, commercial documents and other orderrelated documentation.
  • Support in maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Support in the creation of new quality control measures and processes.
  • Interact with the CS group using various methods including phone, ticketing, chat, billing, and CRM systems.
  • Handle customer returns, RMA processing, device testing and restocking requirements.
  • Handling of incoming and outgoing freight as required.
  • Address order shipping exceptions and special requests on a daytoday basis.
  • Support in training of seasonal staff
  • Other duties/tasks as required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 13 years of experience in Production, Shipping, Inventory, or a similar role
  • Customercentric focus on providing reliable service to internal and external customers
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possesses an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Able to work with mínimal supervision and cohesively across all company teams
  • Able to manage internal/external conflicting requirements in a time sensitive environment
  • Excellent problem assessment and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Adaptable to changing environments and able to meet deadlines
  • Positive team Spirit, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, EDI. Experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds, work while standing for long periods of time, squat and climb ladders
  • Adaptive to a seasonal but extremely busy operations environment during peak months

Nice to Have:

  • Aptitude / understanding of wireless voice, data, and messaging technology beneficial
  • Understanding and certification with shipping and receiving dangerous goods.

Job Type:


  • 6 Months defined contract (April September)
