About the role:

This role is responsible for overseeing the procurement process to ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services required for our operations.

Play a pivotal role in negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing procurement strategies to support our business objectives.

What you'll be responsible for:

Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to streamline the purchasing process.
Effectively lead RFP process.
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery performance.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing for goods and services.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and priorities.
Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for cost savings, consolidation opportunities, and process improvements.
Provide guidance and support to crossfunctional teams on procurementrelated matters.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor performance metrics.
Manage vendor relationships, including renewals of the contracts and agreements.

What you bring to the team:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
4+ years of proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role, preferably in the technology industry or SaaS sector.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully securing favorable terms and pricing from suppliers.
Indepth knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
