About the Role:
A day in the life:
- Actively participate in and lead projects (e.g. process improvement, employer branding, campus relations, etc.)
- Participate in recruitment and networking events
- Keep up to date on industry and talent acquisition trends and best practices
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs and Total Rewards to align on targeted profiles and benchmarking
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or equivalent related experience
- Minimum of 24 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in corporate and sales roles
- Technical aptitude with proficiency with MS Office Suite, Slack/Teams/Zoom, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Greenhouse)
- Recruitment experience in a SaaS environment would be considered a definite asset
- Results driven and outcomes focused
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and natural ability to build trusting relationships
- Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced, high growth environment
- Excellent organizational, priority management skills, and detailoriented
- Proactive, independent, and solutionsoriented
- Excellent collaborator and team player
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Fluency in both English and French is considered an asset
