**We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our legal department as a Legal Assistant. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic corporate environment and contribute to the success of our organization without the need for direct attorney oversight.

Who you Are:

Responsibilities:

Assisting with corporate maintenance matters.
Managing, preparing and maintaining franchise agreements, development agreements etc.
Providing legal support to various departments on franchiserelated matters.
Ensuring compliance with franchise laws and regulations.
Conducting legal research on a variety of topics, including regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and corporate transactions.
Assisting with the management of outside counsel and legal vendors.
Supporting the preparation and updating of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
Assisting in the management of legal department budgets, billing, and invoice processing.
Performing other duties as assigned by management.
