In the position of
Delivery Coordinator/Vehicle Clerkreporting to the
Sales Manager, you will be responsible for being a personal connection for our customers to learn about the benefits, services, and vehicles we offer, whether they're shopping or already an owner.

You will be accountable for_**:

  • Understanding the features and benefits of all vehicles that are available for purchase while being able to effectively communicate this information to our customers.
  • Knowing indepth and consistent product knowledge.
  • Coordinating and completing a full product presentation with guests of their new vehicle.
  • Being an expert in explaining and presenting vehicle technology.
  • Reviewing the operation of the vehicle and highlighting key features and benefits to our customers.
  • Reviewing the owner's manual with our clients.
  • Assisting our sales team in ensuring excellent customer service for our clients.
  • Process all New and Used vehicle sales.
  • Process and reconcile commissions.
  • Account for funds that have been received from financial institutions.
  • Process all cheque requisitions relating to deals.
  • Review inventory schedules to ensure that internal RO and vendor invoices have been posted correctly.
  • Review and reconcile customer, wholesale, and finance AR schedules.
  • Review and reconcile F&I product schedules.


  • Journal entries

  • DR & CR knowledge necessary.
  • Keep track of data in excel spreadsheets for management review.
  • Perform month end procedures.
  • Other related duties as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have:_

  • Your High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
  • A Valid Driver's license with a clean Driver's Abstract.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • The ability to work both in a team environment and on your own.

Pay:
$44,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Education:
