Responsibilities:


  • Have a thorough knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Be able to explain the process of buying and selling a home to clients.
  • Be familiar with the legal aspects of real estate transactions.
  • Be able to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other real estate professionals.
  • Stay current on market trends and conditions.
  • Understand the financial aspects of real estate transactions.

Requirements:


  • Valid real estate license in Ontario
  • Proven track record as a successful real estate agent,
  • Entry level real estate agents welcome.
  • Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customeroriented approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficient in using real estate databases and software.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.

$106,350.00-$250,000.00 per year
