Description

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate Agent or Staff members
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
  • Inputting relevant information into client database and transaction management systems
  • File and organize documents
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
  • Arrange meeting and training sessions for the agents
  • Preparing listing materials: prelisting presentation, Listing Agreement, sellers' disclosures, comparative market analysis, etc.
  • Broker loading uploading and updating listings on MLS
  • Broker Load input MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions), etc., enter listing information and appointment instructions into Broker Bay
  • Register offers on Brokerbay
  • Utilizing Canva for the generation of marketing materials

Qualifications:


  • Minimum high school education, with a preference to college level courses/ diploma
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in office administration and/or real estate administration
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent organization & time management skills
Experience using Broker Bay, TRREB, WEBForms/Authentisign would be an asset.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$16.55-$20.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
