Real Estate Administrator - Scarborough, Canada - THE GUARDIAN HOME REALTY INC.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate Agent or Staff members
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Inputting relevant information into client database and transaction management systems
- File and organize documents
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Arrange meeting and training sessions for the agents
- Preparing listing materials: prelisting presentation, Listing Agreement, sellers' disclosures, comparative market analysis, etc.
- Broker loading uploading and updating listings on MLS
- Broker Load input MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions), etc., enter listing information and appointment instructions into Broker Bay
- Register offers on Brokerbay
- Utilizing Canva for the generation of marketing materials
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school education, with a preference to college level courses/ diploma
- Minimum 1 year working experience in office administration and/or real estate administration
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent organization & time management skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$16.55-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
