Description

The Role

  • Partner with key stakeholders in the development of our commercial strategy and activation plans for new solutions
  • Lead in the design and delivery of world class sales enablement tools, processes, and training
  • Codify commercialization and activation processes within Innovation & Acceleration, and colead with development of tools/templates and deliverables to standardize the commercialization process
  • Support different aspects of sales enablement and distribution around a new or expanding solution, which includes the development of a strategy for achieving sales and revenue goals, a commercial approach, sales enablement plans, KPIs for measuring and monitoring success, gathering feedback from markets and clients
  • Engage with a variety of stakeholders around the globe and lines of business to gain buyin and alignment, influence without authority, engage and excite and deliver measurable and tangible value
  • Keep the client at the centre of all activities, thinking, and ultimate goals
  • Help cultivate a culture where commercialization is a significant consideration throughout the innovation and acceleration process

The Requirements

  • Experience in commercializing new products/solutions and developing GTM strategies
  • 10+ years in a sales enablement function including design and delivery of sales enablement tools, processes and training
  • 510 years' experience in front line sales, sales management, client relationship management
  • Experience in insurance or risk is an asset
  • A growth and high performing mindset
  • Proven success working in a dynamic, fastpaced team environment with multiple deliverables, competing priorities and a variety of senior stakeholders while maintaining an agile approach to teammates
  • Confidence and ability to challenge credibly
  • Strong communicator, collaborator
  • Financial literacy, business acumen, curiosity and desire to learn/stretch on new topics

Compensation and Benefits


Base salary range and benefits
information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.

Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role
based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.


Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $110,000. -$140,000. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus
