Responsibilities Include:

Working directly with customers to provide insight and peace of mind about the repairs and service they will receive to their damaged vehicle.
Inspect vehicles for damage and write estimates in estimating platforms.
Work with Insurance Companies to provide photos, damage, and information regardingthe repairs to the customers vehicle.
Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process and beavailable to answer questions.
Keep record of repair details and complete necessary paperwork.
Effectively manage multiple repairs.
Implement an effective quality check process by inspecting repaired vehicles andensuring the repair is up to standard.
Complete final paperwork and payment with customer
Always provide exceptional customer service and create ongoing relationships withcustomer.
