Responsibilities Include:

Working closely with repair planner/production manager to ensure vehicles are repaired according to manufacturer and safety standards.
Completes disassembly, repairs, and reassembly to all assigned work.
Takes part in ongoing communication/ production meetings to ensure vehicles get repaired as efficient as possible.
Notifies team of any additional repairs and parts needed.
Continuously learns about new technologies and repairs on vehicles.
Cooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles.
Teaching junior collision repair technicians, the proper processes on repairing vehicles and body shop operations.
