    Description

    Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:

    • Overseeing and coordinating various operational aspects of the business, such as health & safety, manufacturing, distribution, inventory management, and logistics.
    • Planning, scheduling, and directing work.
    • Tracking and reporting performance goals.
    • Maintaining equipment and the facility.
    • Monitoring associate performance and safety.
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Objectives:

    • Ensure efficient and effective operations.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations with the operations team.
    • Liaise with other departments for smooth operations.
    • Develop and implement operational procedures.
    • Monitor performance against KPIs and take corrective actions.
    • Allocate resources and manpower as needed.
    • Provide leadership and motivation.

    Who You Are:

    • 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in distribution warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics.
    • Bachelor's or associate's degree in a related field preferred.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Experience with MS applications, SAP, or other ERP platforms.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and a positive attitude.
    • Proven track record of effective collaboration and relationship-building.
    • Lean experience and credentials.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Passionate about learning and personal growth.

    Metrie offers a base pay range of $64,000 - $80,000 for this full-time position, with potential for bonuses or commissions based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
