The Financial Planning team is responsible for directing the development and management of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and the on-going monitoring and control of expenditures through-out the year.

About the role

About you

  • To be successful in this role you will have: _
- _A degree with specialization in accounting, finance, business administration, or commerce. _
- _A recognized accounting designation (CA, CMA, CFA or CGA) plus 5 to 7 years related specialized experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience._
- _Minimum of two years of experience in audit is an asset_
- _Advanced knowledge of the concepts, practices, methods and techniques pertaining to the Finance field, including knowledge of specialized disciplines, such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, and general accounting (i.e. GAAP)_
- _Planning skills to translate strategies into workable plans and tactics; and to take the lead on projects and assignments to address clients' Finance requirements_
- _Solid research and analytical skills to identify and assess client group strategies and plans, and to establish Finance requirements_
