- Managing a client membership program of 1,000 people by responding to phone and email requests
- Coordinating a variety of ongoing training classes in our offices & online over Zoom
- Implementing email and social media marketing messaging and strategies across multiple platforms
- Administer our online client portal with updated events, media, and announcements
- Coordinate client requests with our sales team to ensure proper service levels
- Plan & Coordinate offsite events ranging from 100 to 1,000 attendees
- Handle incoming real estate-related enquiries
- Administer, assemble & mail-out various marketing materials
- Anything else we undertake that you have an interest in
