Lead Hand to join our
Anodizing team in Langley, BC.

This is a full-time, permanent position, with an excellent benefits package, and room for growth.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ensure maximum efficiency and quality through evaluation of each production station to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Perform regular product inspections for quality assurance purposes.
  • Enforce and follow inhouse & regulatory safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain open lines of communication between employees and management.
  • Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly.
  • Other duties, as required.

Shift Timings:

This position will have a rotating shift on a quarterly basis.

  • Mon-Thur, 7am5:30pm
  • Mon-Thur, 5pm3:30am
  • Fri-Sun, 7am7:30pm

Wage Range:
$20-$22/ hr. depending on experience


Knowledge/Experience and Skills:


  • Supervisory experience (min 6 months in a manufacturing field required).
  • Knowledge of safety processes in a manufacturing environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • MS Teams (preferred)
