Year after year Embassy continues to achieve rapid expansion and operational growth, we are hiring a Special Projects Executive who can seamlessly support the President and the daily demands associated with our innovation journey.
This on-site role will provide strategic support on multiple projects catapulting our company-wide projects over the finish line and infusing events with our signature brand promises.

- Proactively anticipate and adapt to Embassy's priorities making adjustments to keep projects, initiatives, and goals on track.
- Identifying inefficiencies and recommend technologybased solutions.
- Taking responsibility for all travel logistics for the President from airfare to accommodations always with an eye for culinary adventure.
- Overseeing office construction, and vendor relations with suppliers, our landlord, and service suppliers.
- Lead the executive planning for advisory board meetings, management retreats, town halls, and client engagements with a blend of creativity and expertise.
- Capture the management discussions at weekly or monthly meetings follow through with precision to ensure execution and resolution.
What you will need to bring to Embassy:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in executive/office administration.
- Knowledge and passion towards Toronto's best restaurants and different guides highlighting restaurants worldwide.
- Tech Savvy able to master new systems, tools and technologies.
- Show off your organizational superpowers and interpersonal magic.
- Exude selfmotivation this position requires a high degree of independence, tact, initiative and judgement.
- Own your projects like a rockstar from the spark to completion.
- Demonstrate versatility and adaptability when the spotlight calls for it.
- A flexible working hours/schedule may be required.

Pay:
From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
