ABOUT THE ROLE:


  • Update all customer information on all CRM and dealership tools as needed.
  • Responsible for handling all internet leads and incoming phone calls.
  • Set appointments for customers who are looking to purchase vehicles.
  • Maintain all records for following up on various internet leads.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on all media platforms.
  • Creating a minimum of 25 appointments per week.
  • Reschedule customers who missed their appointment.
  • Ability to make outbound calls per day.
  • Communicate with management for all potential customer issues and/or problems.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Previous experience working in a dealership will be considered an asset.
  • Highschool diploma or GED.
  • Superior telephone etiquette.
  • Must have the drive to meet monthly goals/expectations appointed by management.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Strong computer skills knowledge of using Google Suite/Apps will be an asset.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a highpaced environment.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and strong work ethic.
  • Required availability to work an 8hour shift 5 days a week which may include Saturday.

Pay:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
