Typical Day in Role:
- Responsible for endtoend operations of the monthly releases of
Trade Central:
opening change tickets, following up on progress of tickets, ensuring tickets are approved and are ready for release, following release protocols, conduct post-implementation reviews.
- Actions tickets in JIRA, managing JIRA for the tickets going into the release, closing them accordingly.
- Ensures tickets are properly tested and ready for deployment.
- Follows up and works with the BA and engineer on the project for verification after release is done.
- Interacts closely and regularly with stakeholders from different business lines and seniority levels.
- Supports 12 work streams within larger projects or programs.
- Supports one or more migration projects and change initiatives.
- Supports definition of change plan milestones and deliverables and manages assignments to completion.
- Supports accomplishment of project outcomes and ensures achievement of benefits.
- Documents and produces organizational change work including change readiness, input to communication development, input to leadership and ownership, change implementation and reinforcement plan.
We're looking for you
The skills you have that will amplify you in this role include:
Job Responsibilities you are training for:3-5+ years of Change Management experience, preferably within Canadian Banking
3-5+ years' experience with Service Now
3-5+ years' JIRA experience - maintaining backlogs, handling triaging.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Experience with/understanding of SQL
2) Project Management skills
2) Experience working in different environments - Production, UAT, Testing etc.
4) Experience working in an agile environment
5) Excel Skills.
Soft Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and facilitation).
- Good documentation skills.
- Experience working with different levels and types of stakeholders.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision selfstarter type
