As an intern with the Canada Coworker Success team, you will work on high-quality projects where you will gain valuable experience while delivering work that makes a difference.

We strive to provide our interns a meaningful experience and consider CDW for a full-time career post-graduation.


What you'll do:


  • Work on projects related to the Business Partner department and designated processes
  • Analyze the talent lifecycle of coworkers to provide next steps, recommendations and action items
  • Assist with Talent Management and Learning and Development processes and administrative tasks.
Work with CWS on job descriptions and career paths where updates are needed

  • Assist in special projects or assignments to serve our coworkers and support the management directives of the company
  • Provide reporting support to Business Partners
  • Assist with Benefits enrollment
  • Handle sensitive data with a sound sense of privacy and confidentiality

The 2024 Summer Internship Program will run from May 2024 to August 2024

What we're looking for:


  • Students or New Grads with the graduation date of
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven individual who will make an impact while utilizing strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively
  • Team oriented and able to develop positive relationships with coworkers and other partners involved
  • Strong presentation skills, including ability to develop and deliver presentations
  • Microsoft Office skills including, but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Availability to work a 40hour week within standard business hours throughout the summer
  • Authorization to work in Canada; without sponsorship as a fulltime coworker
