JOB DESCRIPTION:

Report directly to the Head of Schools and collaborate with the Director of Instruction to facilitate the

implementation of K-12 Bible curriculum and the LCS Learner Attributes Profile through service learning.

Create, publish, and share a compelling Bibleorientated servicelearning philosophy and framework.
Develop, schedule and coordinate service learning and outreach opportunities, trips and experiences for K12

students. Our vision is that year 1-2 will focus on building the program at grades 9-12 and expand beyond in
subsequent years. FTE will increase as required, depending on enrollment.

Establish trusting relationships with local churches, ministries and nonprofit organizations serving the vulnerable,

marginalized, indigenous, elderly and homeless in our community and in communities beyond our school.

Recruit, mentor, disciple and develop staff and volunteers to support the program.
Participate in fundraising and stakeholder events as necessary to promote the school and its mission in the

community.
