Summary:

We are seeking a BIM (Building Information Modelling) & Project Coordinator to join our team. You will advance digital design intelligence.


Responsibilities:


  • Take the lead to assist the Construction and Estimating Teams for both digital design and production
  • Review and integrate 3D modelling to identify any conflicts with other contractor or design drawings
  • Organize and maintain designs and REVIT digital file database for each project
  • Digitally design and verify models to ensure they meet the standards and guidelines to help achieve project goals
  • Digitally model solutions for any issues and create a contingency plan.
  • Prepare schedules, work progress, production and other reports
  • Perform quality assurance and control activities, such as site reviews and ensure adherence to contract requirement
  • Complete project submittals
  • Administer project closeout; from documents archiving to maintenance/ warranty manuals, etc

Qualifications

  • College Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Architectural or Construction Technology, Technical Drafting, and/or related fields
  • BIM, Revit and programming skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent Microsoft Outlook, MS Word and Excel skills.
  • Valid Class G driver's license and clean driving record
  • Previous experience with TTC is a strong asset
