Hybrid Work Model**This position is located in our Victoria, BC office. You will have the opportunity to work part of the time on-campus and part of the time off-campus. Guidelines and requirements for in-office presence are determined by operational need and vary according to the unique needs of each business area.

We are seeking an
Office Coordinator
to join our team in VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada.**As the Office Coordinator, you will support the director, assistant directors, staff and overall branch operations in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

You will be involved in and support initiatives that contribute to the success your branch and the Corporation.


We are looking for self-motivated, proactive, organized individuals who are able to prioritize and be flexible in the face of deadlines, pressures and changing demands.

You have a keen eye for detail, a strong capacity to learn, and are committed to continuous improvement and providing quality service in everything you do.

What do you need to succeed?:

Must have**- High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Two years of experience providing a broad range of administrative support in a high volume, fast paced environment that includes:
  • Experience managing multiple calendars and/or scheduling, organizing meetings and required administrative activities (e.g. meeting agendas, minutes);
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Experience coordinating/managing financial tasks (e.g. budget administration, petty cash, accounts receivable/payable, bookkeeping, expense management, travel claims, and credit card reconciliation).

Nice
to
have

  • Three or more years of experience is preferred.
  • Certificate or diploma in office administration is preferred.
  • Experience with electronic records management and digital forms is preferred.
  • Experience supervising staff is preferred.
