We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Solar Specialist to join our team and drive our door-to-door sales efforts.

As a Solar Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our sales strategy, engaging directly with potential customers in their homes.

Your role will be to educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy, assess their energy needs, and provide customized solar solutions that align with their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct doortodoor visits to potential customers' homes within assigned territories.
Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and how it can reduce their energy costs and environmental footprint.
Assess homeowners' energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
Present and explain solar proposals, including financial savings and environmental impact.
Eventually close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor offerings.
Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in doortodoor sales, preferably in the solar industry or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Selfmotivated with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goaloriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
Basic understanding of solar energy systems and financial incentives for solar adoption.
