We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated students to join our team as Solar Sales Associates for the upcoming summer season.

As a Solar Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting renewable energy solutions within your community while gaining valuable sales experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for students looking to make a positive impact on the environment and earn competitive compensation during the summer break.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with potential customers at designated locations such as farmers markets, community events, and doortodoor canvassing.
  • Educate consumers about the benefits of solar energy and our company's offerings.
  • Conduct onsite assessments to determine solar suitability for potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as a student at a high school or university.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.

$31,589.29-$113,871.40 per year
