    We are hiring Sales AdvisorsAction Furnace is a residential HVAC company located in Alberta.

    Our focus is to continuously provide our customers with an exceptional experience pillared by integrity, teamwork, learning, teaching, and embracing change.

    We provide above average compensation, an amazing benefits plan, RRSPs, and the opportunity to grow within the company We know that when our people are happy, so are our customersReporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Advisor will be responsible for giving world-class in-home presentations and closing sales in homes.

    They will engage in prospecting and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and be passionate about providing customers with the highest level of service.

    RRSP Matching ProgramBenefits including medical, dental, and health spending accountCompany supplied iPhone and iPadDispatch from homeFlexible scheduleResponsibilities:This position will include, but not be limited to the following:Sales PresentationsConduct in-home HVAC sales presentations to potential customersDemonstrate product knowledge and highlight features and benefitsProvide recommendations for products and services that meet customer needsCommunicate pricing and financing optionsClosing SalesOvercome objections and close salesCreate and maintain strong relationships with customersFollow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfactionAchieve monthly and annual sales KPI'sLead Generation/ProspectingConduct research and identify potential customersUtilize marketing strategies to generate leadsDevelop and maintain a network of referral sourcesFollow up on leads and schedule appointmentsLearning and Professional DevelopmentStay up to date with industry trends, products, and servicesAttend training sessions and seminarsCollaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practicesContinuously improve sales skills and techniquesInterdepartmental CollaborationWork collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfactionCoordinate with the Install team to ensure smooth installationsCollaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues and concernsProvide feedback to management to improve processes and procedures to review market conditionsQualifications:Valid drivers license for 3+ years, clean drivers abstract, and reliable transportationExcellent customer/member service and communication oriented3+ years of relevant professional sales experienceStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to thrive in a commission sales rolePositive mindsetHVAC or construction trade experience is an assetValues:Commitment to Teaching and Learning – Demonstrates ownership of work, ability to help others by encouraging, motivating, and coaching.
