Supervisory experience_**:

_Alarm response experience

_Mobile experience

_Must be a safe driver with a clean driving record

_Critical thinker

_At least 2-3years of Security industry experience_

_Oversee and be accountable for the effectiveness of all Security Guard and Mobile Divisions, ensuring excellence in client service in every interaction with staff and clients

_Establish and maintain strong client relationships_

_Ability to use computers and smartphones with ease;_
-
_Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing;_
-
_Ability to write clear and concise incident reports;_
-
_Must be physically fit with the ability to stand and walk patrols, climb stairs, etc;_

_A calm demeanor and sound decision-making skills;_
-
_Outstanding dress and deportment;

_Must be fluent in English

_Observe, record, and report activities and security incidents while on shift;_

_Ensure client property and personnel are secure and perform time sensitive lockups/unlocks as needed;

_Conduct foot patrols, including standing and walking for long periods of time;

_Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public;

_Provide a security presence in various settings;

_Drive a Footprints vehicle to conduct patrols

_Perform time sensitive lock/unlocks of commercial buildings and gates as needed._
