Summary
We are currently looking for a
Kitchen Assistant to work in a full-time capacity. There are **NO LATE
NIGHT or WEEK-END SHIFTS**
Responsibilities
- Required to help Chef with Preparation, light cooking duties and set up in the kitchen
- Serve to various employees and customers behind the counter
- Required to be point of sale for food and beverage
- Required to count and handle cash for items purchased by employees or customers
- Checks the quantity and quality of stock and stores in the proper area
- Orders materials and stock as required for the menu on a regular basis
- Obtains and arranges utensils and supplies at the direction of the kitchen if necessary
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar environment an asset
- Must have an outgoing personality
- Able to deal with various customers in a calm and professional manner
- Must have attention to detail and able to multitask
- Must be guest serviced focused
- Must be able to work consistently Monday to Friday, starting early mornings
