Summary:

Responsibilities:

Teach Go Day Camp, Watersports Camps Programs and Private/Group Lessons
Coach in a professional manner
Provide ongoing feedback to athletes including progress reports, and end of session interviews
Disseminate regular communications to athletes and parents
Submit a curriculum plan and daily lesson plans
Provide supervision during athlete arrival and departure
Participate in daily staff meetings
Perform daily opening and closing duties, maintenance and cleanliness of kayaks, paddleboards, tubes, coach boat fleet, coaching equipment, instructional spaces, and physical areas
Provide an inclusive, welcoming, and flexible learning environment for all participants

Pre-requisites:

Be age 16 years or older
Be available from June 26 to August 25, 202
Pleasure Craft Operator's Card
Coach boat safety certification
First Aid Certificate (Minimum Emergency Level ''C'' with CPR)
VHF Maritime Radio certificate an asset

Schedule:
Seasonal (July-August, Full Time) - Optional additional work on evenings and weekends with private lessons, sailing team and rentals
