    Business System Analyst - Document Management Services

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business System Analyst specializing in customer interviews to gather insights into the document management services utilized in their products.

    Translate these requirements into clear and concise documentation.

    Data Analysis:
    Analyze interview data to identify trends, common pain points, and opportunities for improvement in our document management services


    Collaboration:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and User Experience to ensure that customer insights are effectively communicated and integrated into product development processes.


    Recommendations:
    Provide actionable recommendations based on interview findings to enhance our document management services' quality, functionality, and user experience. Help prioritize feature development and improvements based on customer needs.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of customer interviews, requirements, and analysis results. Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
    Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations.
    Proficiency in creating clear and impactful reports and presentations using tools like Microsoft Office or similar applications.
    Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
