How will you contribute?:


We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the office of the Honourable David M.

Wells.

The Executive Assistant will bring expertise in a broad range of administrative area, while working under significant time pressure and balancing multiple priorities.


Open to:

The general public to staff an indeterminate full-time position in the Honourable David M. Wells' office.

Please note that "indeterminate" refers to an employment contract with no specified end date.


Prerequisites:


  • Postsecondary education AND/OR a combination of education, training and experience;
  • Experience in providing administrative and financial services to support the daily operations of an executive office;
  • Experience in dealing with senior officials, parliamentarians and the media;
  • Experience in writing formal correspondence, briefing materials and reports;
  • Experience in using the MS-Office suite and other systems supported by the Senate;
  • Experience with social media.
