Functional

  • Tracking, compiling and analyzing campaign results to ensure campaigns are meeting objectives
  • Provide recommendations for enhancing effectiveness improving KPIs, such as open and click rates
  • Identify opportunities for campaign testing, execute and report on results and provide goforward recommendations
  • Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decisionmaking and design processes
  • Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs
  • Embrace and seek out technology that creates hightech and hightouch solutions for Indigo's customers
  • Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them.
  • Provide other support to projects as needed by the digital marketing team.

Qualifications
Work Experience / Education / Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in preferably marketing, communications or business
  • Experience in a B2C fastpaced retail / ecommerce environment
  • Understanding of data driven marketing
Competencies / Skills / Attributes

  • Very detail oriented with strong analytical, planning and timemanagement/organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a very fastpaced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple highly detailed tasks accurately while reacting with urgency and reprioritizing as needed to ensure all objectives and project deadlines are met
  • Strong communication skills dealing with stakeholders on a daily basis
