- Tracking, compiling and analyzing campaign results to ensure campaigns are meeting objectives
- Provide recommendations for enhancing effectiveness improving KPIs, such as open and click rates
- Identify opportunities for campaign testing, execute and report on results and provide goforward recommendations
- Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decisionmaking and design processes
- Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs
- Embrace and seek out technology that creates hightech and hightouch solutions for Indigo's customers
- Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them.
- Provide other support to projects as needed by the digital marketing team.

Manager, Digital Marketing Campaign
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
Internal:
- Indigo creative studio
- Online merchandising team
- Loyalty Team
- Category managers in various departments
- Customer Intelligence team
External:
- Other technology stack providers
Qualifications
Work Experience / Education / Certifications
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in preferably marketing, communications or business
- Experience in a B2C fastpaced retail / ecommerce environment
- Understanding of data driven marketing
- Very detail oriented with strong analytical, planning and timemanagement/organizational skills
- Ability to work in a very fastpaced environment
- Ability to manage multiple highly detailed tasks accurately while reacting with urgency and reprioritizing as needed to ensure all objectives and project deadlines are met
- Strong communication skills dealing with stakeholders on a daily basis
