ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Configure the production line using appropriate tooling and software settings.
Upload program files to the machine and make necessary adjustments.
Interface with software to oversee the production process and rectify any inadvertent errors.
Ensure the final product meets quality standards.
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot production errors, minimizing equipment downtime.
Handle materials effectively, including selecting, loading, and unloading raw materials, and optimizing scrap usage.
Perform routine daily maintenance tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
High school diploma or equivalent education is a must.
Previous experience with Salvagnini, Trumpf, Safan, or Prima machinery is advantageous.
Proficiency in manufacturing processes and sheet metal fabrication.
Ability to interpret and understand blueprints and engineering drawings.
Physically fit with the capability to lift objects weighing between 25 to 50 pounds.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
