Description
Monde Development Group, an up and coming property developer focusing on projects in the GTA are looking for a diligent corporate assistant.
As Assistant to the CEO, you will work together with the Monde Management Team, and help manage the day to day operations of the company, in a position that blends administrative assistance with project management.
As a Corporate Assistant, you'd be responsible for:
- Ensuring company communications are professional and concise
- Organization for the office
- Paperwork management
- Keeping the company schedule and arranging meetings and conferences
- Ensuring all projects are on track and meeting critical milestones
- Policy review
- Keeping and distributing meeting minutes
- Ensuring that company strategy is followed
- Make necessary phone calls to set up meetings
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
From $17.00 per hour
