Hospitality Services Coordinator


Are you passionate about hospitality, marketing, and creating exceptional guest experiences? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Hospitality Services Coordinator.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing our hotel's operations, ensuring seamless booking processes, outstanding customer service, and effective marketing strategies.


Responsibilities:

Centralized Booking Management:


  • Maintain a strong presence on all top booking platforms.
  • Coordinate reservations, monitor availability, and optimize booking processes.

Software Management:


  • Oversee and manage hospitality software systems.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of technology for streamlined operations.

Pricing:


  • Implement and manage an automated pricing strategy.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust pricing for competitiveness.

Check In/Out:


  • Facilitate smooth checkin and checkout processes.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns during their stay.

Payment Security:


  • Implement secure payment processes, including OTP or pinpad systems.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of financial transactions.

Cleaning:


  • Coordinate and manage cleaning staff schedules.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Replenishments:


  • Monitor and restock necessary supplies in rooms and common areas.
  • Ensure a seamless guest experience by anticipating needs.

Customer Service:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
  • Handle and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Marketing:


  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
  • Leverage social media, online platforms, and other channels for effective promotion.

Insurance:


  • Manage insurance claims and coverage for the property.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security standards.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Marketing experience is essential, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • A keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn quickly.
  • Prior experience in hospitality is a plus.

Salary:
$39,000.00-$41,000.00 per year
